Certificate Mailing Details:

Certificates are sent via Canada Post and can take a few weeks to reach you, depending on the distance. After the initial round of requests, certificates will be produced and mailed out every 8-10 weeks. If you need a digital copy sooner, please click on the link in the portal titled "THO Certificate Request." We appreciate your patience and understanding.
